Kazak carpets are a type of Armenian rugs produced between Tiflis and Erevan in the south Caucasus. They are identified with the geographical region in which they were constructed, rather than with any particular tribe. Kazak rugs were mainly hand-knotted for the highest quality and manufactured by the women of the towns.

Rug Description

• Handmade Kazak wool rug has combination of abstract & floral motifs on deep blue field. The multicolour borders provide beautiful contrast and follow the same theme as the motifs.
• The rug is 8 x 5.6 feet.
  
• The yarns are dyed using plant dyes.
• Per square inch thread count of the rug is 110 x 65.
