Turkmenistan is well-known around the world for its exquisite carpets, which have been woven by Turkmen weavers for centuries. Dark reds dominate Turkmen rugs, which are dominated by repeating blue or black and ivory ‘gul’ print designs. • Beautiful Turkmen rug with allover unique multicolour Tekke design motifs on red field. The inner gold border with its abstract motifs is creating a great royal contrast.
• Stunning Turkmen is Hand Knotted & Handmade from 100% Fine Wool. The size of the rug is 10 x 7 feet.
• The colours used for the thread are made from natural dyes that are extracted from vegetables.
• PSI count of the rug is 140 x 90.
